14-day right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The period starts the following day; for one order delivered in parts, it runs from receipt of the last part.
You can send your notice on the final day, using this form or, for example, by emailing kontakt@dredarium.cz. Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after withdrawal.
Statutory exceptions apply, for example to genuinely personalised goods. Simply choosing a standard option from our range does not create this exception. See our Terms and Conditions for details.
