Data we process<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>identity and contact details, such as your name, billing and delivery address, email address and telephone number;<\/li>\n<li>order details, selected variants, payment status, delivery, returns, complaints and related communications;<\/li>\n<li>customer account details and preferences, where you choose to create an account; passwords are stored only in protected hashed form by WordPress;<\/li>\n<li>messages, reviews and other information you voluntarily send to us;<\/li>\n<li>design images or other files uploaded for a product made to your specifications;<\/li>\n<li>technical, consent and security data required to operate and protect the shop, such as IP address, browser\/device information, logs and cookie or consent identifiers;<\/li>\n<li>marketing preferences and interaction data only where consent or another lawful basis applies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Card information is entered and handled by the payment service provider when that payment method is available.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Purposes and legal bases<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Performance of a contract:<\/strong> to accept and fulfil an order, customise a product, process payment status, arrange delivery, provide customer support and handle returns or complaints.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legal obligations:<\/strong> to meet accounting, tax, consumer-protection and other statutory record-keeping duties.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Legitimate interests:<\/strong> to secure and maintain the shop, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose faults, keep proportionate evidence of transactions and claims, and defend legal rights.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Consent:<\/strong> for optional cookies, embedded social-media content, optional direct marketing or another activity where consent is legally required. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We do not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects based solely on automated processing.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Recipients and service providers<\/h2>\n<p>We share only the data required for the relevant service. Recipients may include our hosting and technical providers (including WEDOS), WordPress and WooCommerce components used to operate the shop, backup and security providers, payment provider ComGate when enabled, Packeta and its local delivery partners when selected, email providers, accounting or legal advisers and public authorities where disclosure is required by law.<\/p>\n<p>Instagram or other Meta content may connect to Meta services only where it is loaded and the required consent has been provided. The current list of cookies and connected services is shown in the <a href=\"https:\/\/dredarium.cz\/en\/cookie-policy\/\">Cookie Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, the transfer must use a valid GDPR mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or approved standard contractual clauses, together with appropriate safeguards where required.<\/p>\n<h2>5. Customer design uploads<\/h2>\n<p>If you upload a design image or file for a personalised product, we use it only to assess and produce the requested item, communicate about the design, fulfil the order and handle related claims. Please remove unnecessary metadata, such as location information, and do not upload confidential material or personal data that is not needed for the design.<\/p>\n<p>Design files are kept only for as long as necessary to complete the order, provide support and manage applicable claims or legal defence, after which they are deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is legally required.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Retention<\/h2>\n<p>Order, payment-status and accounting records are retained for the periods required by Czech law and, where necessary, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. Delivery, return, support and complaint records are retained while the matter is active and for an appropriate period afterwards.<\/p>\n<p>Customer account data is retained while the account is active or until deletion is requested, unless some records must be retained independently for legal reasons. Consent records are retained as evidence of the choice and for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance. Marketing data based on consent is retained until consent is withdrawn or the purpose ends. Security logs are retained only for a limited period proportionate to security and troubleshooting needs.<\/p>\n<p>When a retention purpose ends, the data is deleted or anonymised unless continued retention is legally required.<\/p>\n<h2>7. Your rights<\/h2>\n<p>Subject to the conditions in GDPR, you may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and you may always object to direct marketing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time.<\/p>\n<p>Send requests to <a href=\"mailto:kontakt@dredarium.cz\">kontakt@dredarium.cz<\/a>. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect your data. We will respond within the period required by law.<\/p>\n<p>You may lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, Czech Republic, or with the supervisory authority in your country of habitual residence, work or the place of the alleged infringement. Cookies and your choices<\/h2>\n<p>Essential cookies and similar technologies are required for functions such as security, language or consent preferences, the shopping cart, checkout and customer account. They do not require optional consent where they are strictly necessary for a service you requested.<\/p>\n<p>Optional preference, statistics and marketing technologies are disabled until the required consent is given. The first layer of the consent banner lets you accept all optional categories, reject non-essential technologies or open detailed preferences. Security<\/h2>\n<p>We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted transmission and maintained backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your password and contact us promptly if you suspect misuse of your account or data.<\/p>\n<h2>10. Updates<\/h2>\n<p>We may update this policy when our services, suppliers or legal requirements change.
